in spite of the start of my big ol' last semester tomorrow, i'm retreating from school already and delaying studying for my math quiz on tuesday in lieu of the fact that this quiz is on tuesday, not on monday as was previously feared. i dutifully read for tomorrow which permitted me for this divergence.
i'd love to share some photos taken and printed (sorry for the scan quality) by a wedding photographer. they were taken at one of the lovely 2009 weddings alex and i attended. prior to these photos, i was under the impression alex enjoyed the evening with me. but the photos relay a variety of emotions revealing his true feelings...

here we are. i'm vivaciously enjoying dancing, but alex is deep in concentration, trying to perfect the cha cha slide.

frustrated with dancing, he retreats us to our table. you can see here, i'm enjoying the company of my beloved. he, however, is ignorant of my presence while seemingly trying to launch a spit wad at his father. reprimanding is occuring simutaneously.

we braved the dance floor again. and while i'm trying to enjoy the dance, he's prying my arms away! and looking adorably goober-like in the process.
though i convinced him to stay on the dance floor, his face captures his utter repulsion. he's only willing to touch me with one index finger.
though the event is nearly over, and the bride and groom are preparing to exit, Alex remains infuriated! was it the cha cha slide angst that push him over the edge?
ah, but the photographer captured one photo of my dearest smiling. but where am i? not in the picture! coincidence?really, the photographer did an incredible job of capturing the hilarity of my loving boyfriend and my response with my signature full faced obnoxious laugh.
we will celebrate 2 years of our courtship on tuesday, along with his birthday! its been an incredible 2 years. and he makes me laugh every day :)
you are such a lovely person! cute pictures I enjoyed looking at them :)
